A few more things for the day :)

As many of you know I just moved into my new house.
Luckily I didn't have to search through tons of dining sets after I moved.
My bff is letting me use hers!
It's a win/win :) She doesn't have to pay for a storage unit and I don't have to buy a set...yet!
Check out her blog HERE!

Also, before I forget!
I know a lot of my readers are married, and I know many men like to hunt!
I wanted to let you ladies know about a company that is giving away broadheads.
All you pay is shipping.
I grabbed a couple for the hunters in my life.
And let me know if you pick any up!

What's that I smell?

Can you smell it?
I sure can!
No, it's not the smell of fall.
Not cool weather either.
It's not the smell of pumpkins or fires burning in the fire place...

It's the smell of hunting season!!
I can already taste the wonderful deer jerky that I will be eating soon! (I hope!)

YUM!

Thanksgiving, Halloween, and all that other stuff I mentioned are great too ;) !!

Moving Day!

Where is the giveaway that I promised from yesterday??
EEEKKK!!
I have no Internet right now!
I am getting it set up tomorrow and I have to blog from my phone!
I am going to try and run over to the 'rents casa and post a giveaway.
I literally have (at least) ten giveaways that I need to share!!

Why do I have no Internet!?!?
I'm moving!!
The cable/Internet guy will be at my house tomorrow!!

Sad story...
I have moved *too many times to count* in the past 5-6 years.
I have had the same bedroom furniture set the entire time.
I've had teenage boys move my belongings... and also moving companies....
It's all the same.
They are SO rough with everything!
My bedroom set has been through the ringer!!
I think it's about time for a new one :)
Maybe a tempurpedic mattress too!
;) ;)

I am DEF looking at my fav place...
CSN STORES!!
They have tons of bedroom furniture sets to choose from!
Heck, I might get *lil man* a new set too!

Ok, I'm off to start the unpacking!!

Time With The Family & Lil Man's Newest Hobby

A few days were spent at my grandparents lake house this week.
It was nice.
Relaxing.
Overall wonderful since I got to spend time with my family.
I look forward to going back rather soon.
:)

While we were there we were finishing up a 1000 piece puzzle.
*Lil Man* was quite upset that he couldn't help.
I ended up running to the Dollar Store to pick him up his very own puzzle!
His first one!
Toy Story 3
48 pieces
After I helped him with the edges he did a really good job of putting together the rest of the puzzle on his own!

Here he is putting the last piece in the puzzle!

Such a good job!
I love that he wants to do the same puzzle over and over again!

I hope everyone has a terrific Tuesday!

Courage

"Courage is the power to let go of the familiar."
-- Raymond Lindquist

Courage is something that I find myself lacking after reading the above quote. I want my familiar back even though I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel. My "familiar" was never normal, it was never easy, and it was ALWAYS a challenge. It was a challenge that I embraced. A challenge that made me a better person.

While most of you have no idea what I am talking about, I promise that soon enough you will know. A series of posts will tell my story... a story of love, heart break, and betrayal.

This past year has made me question every single person that I come in contact with. I question their actions, their motives, and every last word that escapes their lips. Will I find the courage to let go of the familiar...? Will I find the courage to tear down these walls and allow myself to trust again...?
